Refund / Cancellations Policy
All sales are FINAL and there are no refunds allowed on any grounds
Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. As a result, Order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes changes to product, refunds, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc.
Customers are advised to complete all return carefully as their are no returns because of the nature of the products. Food items are non returned items can not be restock once a customer has received it for Hygiene and Health reasons. How if the product is damaged, FLAVOR SPICE LLC and ITS SEASONONINGS, HERBS AND SPICE BRANDS can replace it if the customer can proof and provide evidence through pictures of the products and what happen as all orders are shipped and handled with care by our shipping and handling team.
For your protection, we suggest that all returns be sent back to us through a traceable postal carrier with signature. We are not responsible for lost items in transit, All Sales are Final on clearance and sale items. No returns will be accepted sale or clearance items. The customer is responsible for all return freights in a product return transaction.
NOTE: DUE TO THE DELICATE NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS (FOOD: SEASONINGS, SPICES AND HERBS), CAN NOT BE RETURNED. EXCHANGED OR REPLACED.
Limitation of Liability
FLAVOR SPICE LLC and ITS SEASONONINGS, HERBS AND SPICE BRANDS, does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including any liability for products not being available after purchase. FLAVOR SPICE LLC will not be liable for consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein. This limitation of liability applies both to products and services. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products, FLAVOR SPICE LLC is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase of products under this agreement. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of services not bundled with products under this agreement, FLAVOR SPICE LLC is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase of services under this agreement.
Payment Terms
Terms of payment are always 100% upfront. We accept most major credit cards. As soon as you place an order online, your credit card will be charged. Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be lead to prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.
FLAVOR SPICE LLC reserves the right to request additional payment and shipping verification after an order is submitted.
